Board of Director Search Committee

This Committee was formed on December 8, 2011 for the purpose of recruiting additional Members to join the Club’s Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors is responsible for the stewardship of the Club.  It does not actively manage but rather oversees the day-to-day operation of the Club, and may delegate to the President and other Officers and the other officers.  The Board provides oversight and management of the organization, typically in conjunction with the Officers.

The Committee will research women in the San Francisco Bay Area, interview potential candidates, provide reports back to the Club Officers and Members about potential Board Member.   The end purpose will be to add 4 Board Members to the current 3, for a total of 7 Board Members.
